🖤 Survivor Voices

Share Your Story, Heal Loudly

This isn’t just a platform. It’s a movement.

And the heart of this movement? Survivor voices.

Not just mine. Not just the ones who went viral. But yours.
Because everyone who’s survived narcissistic abuse deserves to be heard  whether it’s a full story, a letter of healing, or a few words you’ve never said out loud until now.

💬 Why We Do This

We know what it’s like to be silenced.
To scream into the void.
To have people say, “Are you sure it was really abuse?”

We don’t ask that here.

At Heal Loudly™, we believe you.
We hold space for you.
And we give survivors the opportunity to speak their truth — out loud, in writing, in poetry, in grief, in rage, in whatever form your healing takes.

📣 Submissions Are Open

You can send us:

🖊️ Your survivor story (anonymous or public)

💌 A letter to the Heal Loudly™ Movement — letting us know how it’s helped you

🧩 A message to other survivors still trying to make sense of their abuse

✨ Artwork, poetry, or reflections that speak to your healing journey

Your submission does not have to be perfect.
It just has to be real.

🛡️ A Note on Safety & Publication

We will only publish a select number of stories and letters each month  so we can highlight them intentionally, safely, and with care.

Every submission is kept private unless you give written permission to share it publicly.
You can remain anonymous, use a first name only, or tell your story in full  you choose.

We may reach out to confirm details before publication. If your story isn’t chosen for the public site, please know it still matters. We read every single submission.

📬 How to Submit

📧 Email your story, letter, or message to:
healloudlymovement@gmail.com

Please include:

How you'd like to be credited (first name, initials, or anonymous)

If you're open to having it published on our site or socials

Optional: a photo, audio clip, or piece of original art

🧠 This Isn’t Just a Page — It’s a Pulse

This section is our community bulletin board.
It’s how we remind each other: you are not alone.
It’s how we prove  month after month  that the silence is breaking, the stories are coming forward, and the healing is getting louder.

You survived. You matter. And your voice is needed here.

This Is More Than Healing It’s a Revolution.

Narcissistic abuse is not just trauma. It's psychological warfare premeditated, weaponized, and often fatal. Survivors are dying, not because they're weak, but because society refuses to recognize the calculated violence that drove them to collapse.

The Heal Loudly™ Movement exists because silence kills and we refuse to be silent anymore. This movement is for the voiceless, the criminalized, the scapegoated, and the discarded. It’s for anyone who has been psychologically dismantled and told to suffer quietly.

We’re done being quiet. We’re building a movement that won’t be ignored.

What You Can Do

This is not a fan club. This is an uprising. Whether you're a survivor, ally, mental health professional, or just someone who refuses to look away we need you.

✅ Sign the Petition

Demand justice. Sign and share the Voiceless Justice Act, a federal initiative to recognize narcissistic abuse as psychological homicide and criminalize it accordingly. Every signature is another voice against silence.

www.change.org/Voicelessjusticeact

✅ Share the Mission

Post. Tag. Speak. Use your platform no matter how big or small to spread the truth. Survivors are watching, and your voice may be the one that helps them stay alive.
Use hashtags:
#HealLoudlymovement
#VoicelessNoMore
#Voicelessjusticeact
#PsychologicalMurder
#HealLoudly

✅ Use Our Social Media Toolkit

We’ve created downloadable graphics, reels, and caption templates so you can help spread the message with clarity and power. Use these tools to call out abuse, educate your community, and show survivors they are not alone. (Toolkit coming soon.)

✅ Host a Survivor Circle

Start a conversation. Whether it’s a living room, a Zoom call, or a community space, creating safe spaces for survivors to speak can change lives. We’ll provide optional prompts and guidelines to help you start your own Heal Loudly™ Circle.

✅ Volunteer or Collaborate

Are you a therapist? Lawyer? Content creator? Editor? Researcher? Survivor with skills? We need you. Whether it’s helping with content, reviewing legislation, or organizing local events there’s a place for your contribution.

FAQ – What You Should Know

Is this therapy?

No. This is peer-led advocacy, education, and community support. We are not providing clinical treatment we are building a movement.

Can I be involved anonymously?

Yes. Many survivors fear retaliation, and your safety is paramount. You can participate without using your real name.

I’m still in contact with my abuser. Can I still join?

Absolutely. Many survivors are still entangled, silenced, or monitored. You’re not alone, and your experience is valid.

Can I Heal Loudly even if I don’t want to go public?

Yes. Loud doesn't mean reckless it means refusing to carry the shame. Whether you speak out or support quietly, you're part of the movement.

This Isn’t a Brand. It’s a Battle Cry.

You were never too sensitive. You were systematically broken down.
You’re not crazy. You were gaslit and discarded by someone who knew exactly what they were doing.
Now you’re standing up and so are we.

Welcome to the Heal Loudly Movement.
Let’s make history. Let’s save lives.
